I love being lectured about evil corporations, by evil corporations.

"Reign. A Scottish girl who can turn into a wolf. wait, isn't that just a werewolf?" Nope. in my experience that's just a Scottish girl.

I feel like the more "diverse" we get, the less diverse we get.

"Won't be remembered at all" This is actually the first time i've ever heard of this movie. So... accurate.

“Safe, predictable and restrained”, the Disney motto.
  • Discovering this movie was like finding a folded up $20 on the ground, unfolding it and finding that it was used as toilet paper, and the realizing that it’s not a real $20

Just like medical doctors always wear a stethoscope over their shoulders, native americans always have some leather necklace thing. "Is she native american?" "She must be, she has a leather necklace thing."
  • “Probably won’t even be remembered” I didn’t even know it existed until I watched this video.

They really should've just ended this series with Logan, and go out with a bang.

Not sure what's more annoying. Modern woke Hollywood taking two straight characters and making them lesbians for virtual signal points or writers not getting half their powers right. Cannonball's power set literally makes him invulnerable while he's flying so he can smash into things...like a cannonball... so let's show he's getting injured in his flights to make him more sympathetic. Right.

I live in Portland, and can confirm that there are mutants here.

“Whiny, angst ridden, depressing and humourless teenagers are what people are looking for in entertainment.” Said every producer to themselves in the last ten years.

I'm so fucking happy that there's a group of people out there, that think Sophie Turner is just... not really anything. "Charisma vacuum" is a perfect analogy

That's actually a fresh idea. A Superhero horror movie that goes full on horror, but the main characters just happen to have powers. Guess it was too fresh for Hollywood, can't possibly risk a new idea.

At this point, The Critical Drinker qualifies as my morning coffee
  • Hearing that Sam has anger issues in the movie and literally gets injured when he’s blasting makes me so relieved I never saw this, in the comics Sam was one of the calmest members of X Force/New Mutants, he was even canonically too shy to mention he had feelings for Rahne in the Demon Bear saga so having anger problems seems waaaaayyy off character for him, if not including the way off character lesbian kiss in the mix

Magik is Colossus's sister and becomes the ruler of limbo. She's way to o.p to be locked in a hospital
