If she actually got a minor to flash her, even if blurred on screen, if she saw the real thing, that is child porn. It is illegal, and YouTube should not only ban her, but report her to the authorities. While the age of consent may be 18 in most states, you can't send (even wilfully) indecent images to anyone if you are under 18. You are not considered old enough to make your own decisions about it. If someone else reported the video to the authorities, they would have to investigate and I imagine the 'watcher' would be in some serious trouble.

In this case, I would say Penguinz0 only put a spotlight on her, she destroyed her own career when she tried to cut out her husband/business partner which got her sued and doxxed Jacksfilms.
