He was able to get on the roof because a ladder was made available for him. He lived 40 miles away but knew where to go and had all the help he could ask for.

With all the events that happened prior to this incident from people seeing the guy on the roof, locals pointing it out, police searching to Trump STILL being on that stage. It is hard to believe this 20’year old kid was a loner.
