This is just the pajama sam perspective of this movie, he doesnt see whats happening, cant hear himself, all he can do is listen to doug explain the situation and try to picture whats happening
  • @toph3938
Sundance isn’t worthy of seeing the secrets of High Demon Elgrim.
  • @hippomelon6286
Sadly at 1:28:37 you can see an image of the game “Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It’s Dark Outside” which clearly violates the copyright
  • The fact that this is what Doug considered "Main channel material" over the AI DougDoug vs AI Guy Fierrie contest is definitely something
  • @thefrub
I bet the sundance judges just loved staring at a blank screen for 2 hours lol
  • There’s something almost…. Artistic about all this. The complete removal of AI Sam completely transformed this into a video about a lone man and his chat essentially screaming into an imaginary black void. It’s sorta got that “Garfield without Garfield” kinda absurdist surrealism Maybe it’s a commentary about the state of copyright laws limiting what can or cannot be shown. Maybe it’s a commentary about how rules inherently restrict certain forms of creativity. Maybe it’s a question of whether or not an AI performance can truly be considered “Art”. Or maybe we’re all just overthinking Dougdoug casually doing a bit

I really love this surrealist movie about a bald man slowly getting more and more crazy as he deals with the deaths of his 25 sons.
  • @AeyakS
I had this still playing but on really low volume inside my pocket. While I was driving I was hearing clapping, tiny voices, laughter... and because of the random, abrupt quietness, I didn't realize that it was this video, I thought I had gone into psychosis or something. Thanks doig
  • @Flshct
I love how even with the main audio gone, you can sometimes hear the screams of Sam through Doug’s headphones XD
  • @Door227
Doug Doug is the king of “do it for the bit”
  • @boopplop2608
Insane man laughs at black screen for 2 hours while hallucinating and threatening children
  • I am afraid we, chat, didn't agree to be in your film, just because we are forced residents in your basement doesn't mean you own us. You'll have to remove us from the film or compensate us, I warn you, some people here trapped in the basement are lawyers
  • 7:15 The slow pan-in on nothing at the bottom right of the screen fucking kills me, this is art in its truest form
  • @PdotUdotSdot.
Finally, I can now enjoy this DougDoug classic without having to about copyright. Thank you so much Douglas Douglas!

This is like one of those hour-long videos where it occasionally has a riff or sound effect in it. The comedic timing is insane and makes no sense, yet is still one of the funniest things I've seen recently.
  • What’s great about this is that it can also be considered an official “2 hours of silence occasionally interrupted by DougDoug” video
  • @itsybitsycherry
The 2024 Dougies better include a Best Picture award exclusively for this
  • @obamamii2042
“His original voice in the game sounds like this.” “___, ____ _ ____ ____!” “So I recorded myself impersonating Pyjama Sam and fed it to this AI voice generator, and it sounds like this” “___, _____ _ ___aHh AaAaahH fuck _____!” This is peak Dougdoug
  • I have watched the full Sam video multiple times now, and I’ve never been more thrilled to receive a version that follows the “silence occasionally broken by noise” motif. It's truly a masterpiece. I can't wait to play this on those days I really crave to be jump-scared by Doug’s voice when I forget I have this playing. I’m very saddened that the Sundance audience didn't get to appreciate its beauty on the big screen. It's an Oscar-worthy performance from Chat, too.

7:57 "Good thing I just bought that 3090 graphics card." Yup, it's definitely Sundance quality graphics right now!!! Can't believe that time and effort it took to capture this beautiful footage!!!
