To confirm the phone is level, I use the iOS measure app which has a level built in. It will tell you if it's off 1degree or more

Your work is amazing! Thank you for proving to the naysayers (who likely havenāt even tried it) that a quality phone and gimbal are every bit as effective as a DSLR/mirrorless camera on a huge, heavy rig.
