I love that your dad prayed for us to be blessed that watch your video. I receive this blessing all the way from Nazareth to my home in Mesa, Arizona. I will make this hummus for my lady table. I have shared other Israeli dishes with them. But now I will share this amazing Nazareth hummus. Thank you.

I've been making my own hummus since 2015. Today I tried this recipe and I have to admit that first time in my life I didn't say about my hummus 'good but...'. Rhoda, please tell your dad that hummus based on his recipe is the world's best hummus. It's so creamy, so fresh, so delicious you could eat it with spoon. Thank you so much and God bless you and your family.

The Recipe: 3 cups cooked hummus 1 cup tahini (we used Al Arz Tahini, www.alarz.co.il/en, but you may use any 100% pure sesame based tahini) 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt (you can put more or less depending on how you like it) Some cold water for consistence and color brightening. Garlic sauce: 1 clove smashed garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Harissa (forgot to mention in the video) 1 teaspoon salt
