    13:10 feel my emotions and integrate them. How you can feel if you have CFS/ME Yes yes I know you can feel, but you feel emotions from CFS/ME state and you go integret CFS/ME emotions. Now I understand why I din't like none of recovery story's, but without them I would never make it back, they give me hope.🙏
  • and during a 5 minute or 10 minute walk when I feel tired? I must calm my nervous system. showing that everything is ok. should I do visualizations after the walk
