I’ve been working on this series for 2 months. When I find myself struggling to perform the movements in the later practices, I go back and start the series over. It is really satisfying to feel the progress each time I restart. Each time I get further and further in the series. Eventually I plan to finish this series and do each asana correctly (or at least mostly correct 😊) Your videos are helping me so much. Thank you. 🙏

it was so relaxing doing it, i am struggling with neck shoulder and lower back issues, in fact its affecting my right hand too. but these stretching asanas helped me relax a bit. thankyou.

Hi Bharti I hope you had a nice Christmas. I was testing the waters with this practice to see if I would like this challenge coming up on Monday. It is much better for my body than the one I did Sunday.
