The track from that Super Mario 64 speedrun is N64 Bowser’s Castle from Mario Kart 64. Additionally, at 7:09, if you look closely, the speedrunner breaks some bedrock blocks while putting out the fire, further confirming the fact that he was in creative mod, as you cannot break bedrock blocks in survival mod.
