I recommend you check out Happy AYCE Hot Pot in Rosemead! Their hot pot is great but you have to try their AYCE morning dimsum! It’s between $16-$19 depending on when you go and they have so many options to eat. My boyfriend and I were full for the rest of the day. You can also do their ayce hotpot alongside their dimsum if you want to eat that much. 😅

highly recommend Omlette House on Boulder Highway in Henderson.. They have good breakfast, good service, and low prices.. and they have a giant burger challenge as well lol.. took my pops 3 days to eat it
