Unbelievable. The level of incompetence with respect to evidentiary evidence is mind-blowing. Why on earth would anyone advise the CST to log that evidence under a different case number. smh

At the time she was testifying, since she knew she was opening herself up to cross examination, it sounded like she was putting the final nail in inadvertently tanking the case. She may have known the case was screwed by that point anyway, so perhaps she at least wanted to make an unimpeded record.
