I think it's a little bit of both actually ;) it sounds a tad better if I listen to the song on my PC, but there's still a lot of "background" noises

Something is messed-up with the audio of this song. There's a lot of rumble-like distortion in the lower midrange. Either it's just this video file, or they made some very odd production choices in the studio.
