  • What a lovely soprano! Not only does she have a stunning voice, but she looks as though she's thoroughly enjoying herself.

Very beautiful performance by this amazing choir! Brought me back to the 'home' setting, the amazing work of our God, our Creator! All the soloists have performed brilliantly under the watch of the gifted Conductor! I sang in the choir about 40 years ago when the Nairobi Music Society presented this great work by Haydn! May our Lord's name be praised and glorified!❤

That lovely soprano is now singing at the Metropolitan Opera. She was in this season's production of Il Ballo in Maschera.
  • Handel's Messiah and this work(Creation) by Joseph Hayden, remain my all time joint favorite choir oratorical collection work ever on earth. This Harvard choir is deeply spectacular and very professional. All renditions are both a healing herb and an uplifting elixir... The soloists are truly Angels Raphael, Uriel and Gabrielle...! So perfect! Thank God I lived in my youth to also perform all the base(baritone) solos in this CREATION works by Prophet Hayden. Jehovah is still God...!!!

Lovely performance. Everyone playing their parts beautifully. The choir, the orchestra, the soloists, the conductor, all should be congratulated. Thank you youtube algorithms for sending this to me! :)

I loved this! Fantastic performance. And the fortepiano continuo is quite welcome - it gives it a more authentic feel.

These soloists are amazing, and this choir is awesome! Thank you for bringing me back to my high school years when I sang this in chorus!

Beautiful, uplifting and thrilling performance! The conductor Mr. Edward Elwyn Jones was assured, assertive, expressive and responsive to the glorious singers and musicians. Congratulations Harvard University Choir & Grand Harmonie! You made a huge difference!!!

Soloists: Liv Redpath, soprano; Jonas Budris, tenor; Edmund Milly, bass-baritone.
  • What a brilliant idea to have the “let there be …” phrases sung staccato!
  • I listened to only one of the recordings of this Haydn oratorio presented here. The Harvard Univ. choir etc. It was a good performance. I can only single out the soprano who was excellent and displayed total vocal control from the beginning to the end. The choir and other soloists were also commendable.
