  • I can listen to this all day long. It's 3 am and I'm listening again. Wonderful music, fabulous performance. They should make this into a CD - I can't find one of this performance.

Best version I've EVER heard. The soloists are perfect, the choir perfectly balanced I can tell apart every single voice part, the diction, the dynamic: It's just magnificent!!!!

Really outstanding. It's th moment when you realise that Haydn in his own way was the equal of Mozart or Beethoven, if not their master. He took music so far and in so many ways. Astonishingly beautiful!

I have heard this piece over thirty times. I never get tired of it!

This masterpiece was composed by Haydn at the end of his live. It is a fantastic harmony and a sublime sensitivity. The voices of the soloists are fantastic. The choir and the orchestra are superb. Viva Haydn and his wonderful music that influenced for good the greatest composers that ever existed (Mozart, Bach, etc) and who were his contemporaries. This version of Creation is one of the best I’ve heard so far.

A stunning performance, absolutely stunning! The technical recording was excellent: if you look where the microphones were placed you can see that the recording engineers did a fantastic job of getting it right.

I love everything about this wonderful performance of a glorious work. I especially like Thomas Quasthoff's fine singing.
  • 1:09:30 That part both gives me shivers, goosebumps and relaxation to the max. Amazing moment of tenderness and patience from Thomas Quasthoff!
