I mean, I'm not super busy, not even busy... But it's so much easier to motivate myself to 5 min rather than 30 😂

Damn didnt realize how unfit and badly neglected my body was until I was lowkey puffing in this 5 minute STRETCH 🤡 like ohggggggg but I have NO regrets I feel amazing, good motivation for my morning workout tomorrow I cant wait to do this stretch again pre/post workout 😂)

Stretching is C R U C I A L!!! I'm at the point where I cannot not do a stretch after and I MUST warm-up before a workout. Thank you for sharing this Maddie! Great all-around stretch.

hearing every joint in my body pop is such a satisfying feeling. I have to modify some of the poses cause I'm plus size and also not nearly as flexible, but I love that this is a straight forward quick workout and I LOVE the inclusion of the little timer in the corner, helps me a lot to know how much longer I have to hold a pose.

Man not gonna lie I'm a 15 year construction worker and stretching is something I've always neglected, needless to say I'm feeling it now boy...lmao This video right here is fantastic for me right before bed and I greatly appreciate you for it! I'm confident in making this a habit and getting my body back to feeling good and not like an old man that cant touch his toes in his 30's....lol Thanks again!

Oh my goodness!!! This is amazing! I love how much good quality stretching this routine gets in with only five minutes! I normally feel really rushed and not fully stretched out with five minute stretch videos. Really love and appreciate this video! I will be using it a lot!

As someone bound to a desk, hunched over a screen with a pen in hand, this short routine is something i love to do in the middle of my work day, it helps so much and i feel a little bit more revitalized to help get over that mid-day hump.
