Activision & Treyarch Made A Very Controversial Black Ops 6 Decision...

MW3 was 100% DLC. They marketed very cleverly, instead of saying its DLC & they're giving you extra stuff, they market it as a new game where you can bring all your stuff with you from your old game, which seems like they're being nice & giving you something they didn't have to do, but really, it's just a DLC pack where they removed the original content. Black Ops 6 better have it's own platinum trophy this time on PS5, MW3 was LITERALLY counted as DLC as far as PS5 trophies go which is absolutely disgraceful.

sorry but at this point having to launch any game through COD HQ instantly leaves a bad taste. all the games on it are part of the worst era of COD and they honestly just need to take the L and do away with it.

The BO3 thing isn’t exactly true. The Xbox 360/PS3 version of Black Ops 3 was a completely different port of the game developed by Beenox. It’s excessive to say it took resources away from Treyarch or complicated development when it was essentialy a different version of the game ported by a different developer. In addition, that version of the game was completely broken on launch and never fixed. It was just a scam.

COD HQ = hard drive killer.

I'm beginning to think they only created the cod HQ to hide the steam numbers because the steam chart numbers combine modern warfare 2 war zone and modern warfare 3 player numbers

This game has been in development for over 4 years I am not surprised the game is still playable on xbox one & ps4

I have no problem it releasing on CoD HQ as long as it has its own trophy list, I enjoy getting the platinum trophy on every CoD game and mw3 was a slap in the face for that

This is what I don’t get when players get angry about leaving last gen behind since all it does is hurt the game’s performance. I hate saying this but if you were to start saving $10 a month right now, you’d have enough for the ps6 & Xbox Series 2 by the time those comes out. Gaming is an expensive hobby but all hobbies are pricey & that’s why I don’t collect classic cars as a hobby

One of my main issues with Cod these days is the size of the games. Installing Mw3 and it's over 200gb from the last time I played a few months back so presume it's bigger again now. It's just such a huge amount of console storage that it's severely off-putting, when I found out xDefiant was only 30gb last week it was such a nice surprise 😂😂

And this is why I am sticking with XDefiant.

You say there was a difference in the feel of the game between MW 2019 and Cold War, this is because Treyarch were still using the old engine. We are yet to see a Treyarch game that runs on the new COD engine

The SBMM/EOMM will ruin BO6, just like in MW3 (don't pre-order it) Back in February, when the MW3 servers crashed and SBMM was temporarily disabled, it was the BEST games I've had in a CoD in at least 10 years. There was no Try Hard, no sweaty CDL/Ranked on 500 mg of caffeine, no "Bunny-hop/jump-shot", no Cancel-slide every second and no game full Meta "MCW + Stricker 9"... And we could make Drone Swarms or even Nukes in each game. And as soon as they restored the SBMM, it was again a HORROR to play, disgusting (with a K/D of 3.72 like mine, I guarantee that every "normal" multi game "Moshpit 10 vs 10" is polluted by Ranked under cockain + full cheater)

I am not buying COD for 3 big reason. 1. SBMM 2. Garbo skins and cosmetics. 3. COD HQ. Since I play on STEAM and love collecting games and looking in my library. I hate the fact that all new CODs are bundled into one package/game known as Call of Duty. I just don't like it!!

I have a PS five but honestly I haven’t played a single game that I couldn’t have played on PS4 so it makes sense why people aren’t buying them
