I like how their relationship started as bitter enemies but evolved into a rivalry with mutual respect and honor
  • Honestly John and Rainwater should just squash the beef and work together since Tate who is native american is going to inherit the land anyway.

"You've never missed a meal in your fat life..." Im gonna use that one 😂😂
  • "A smart man learns more from his enemies than a fool from his friends." And these two men, are smart men.
  • @Justin-pq3rq
3 old guys talking in raspy voices to make them sound a lot more serious. 😂

"I'm going to pull down every fence. And it'll look the way it used to. And then I'm gonna build the Yellowstone Rainwater Hotel and Casino with an award winning buffet, a lounge with some of the top acts in music, magic, and comedy, and 3 floors of tables and slots. And don't forget about the Sweat Lodge gym, and Vision Quest: the Night Club."

First I saw these two together I immediately thought, these two are basically the same guy, they have so much in common...just different flavors.
  • I like their dynamic, they each don’t like each other but they have respect for each other and I can’t to see what they do together next season
  • @zehoff
This is my favorite character development on television, cowboys and Indians, mortal enemies, finally joining against the reckoning that is grotesque progress
  • The respect they have for each other is awesome. They're almost frenemies lol
  • Two men who are fighting against each other for yesterday's war but with each other against the future.

It’s so amazing that this show made more than multiple small towns’ worth of people move to Montana, when the message is, in reverse, so clear.
  • @wolfboyak
This is great on how.mich this two love to hate each other, and the respect they have for each other is amazing!
  • You know, I cannot connect to pieces here there are times were Thomas rainwater and John Dutton are like friends, but at the same time they’re like enemies
  • @98tharmorcav
There is no Inheritance tax if you leave the land and all assets are left to a trust with your families names on it... just saying.
  • I’m new to this show and I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner because I’m hooked. There’s easily another 3 seasons here totaling 8 and I’m shocked it will be over at 5 seasons. Lots of stories and good to be done for Montana Kev.
  • Love Yellowstone 💞. Hope To See Yellowstone Back On TV Soon 🙏❤️🤠
  • I wonder if it was Rainwater’s ancestors who gave the land to the first Duttons at the end of 1883. That would be cool if John were to ever tell him that.
  • They're mutual respect for and other is portrayed so well. They keep their beef but work together to achieve common goals such as destructing the land...and when Thomas sent his man to help the Dutton's get Tate back and the genuinely sympathy he had for him being shot...you saw the type of man he is...a formidable adversary..he wants to win...but he wants it to be a level playing field...
  • If you can respect a man like a enemy, you can in time also love him like a brother.
