I think all of this can be boiled down to don't be a simp. Prioritize your health, physically and mentally, and at all times maintain a mindset of being ok if your woman bounced. If a women is the main course of your life instead of just the "spice", you're gona starve.

Have healthy boundaries that you are not afraid to enforce. You can do this any way you please. Do not be emotionally dependent on anyone or fall into the habitual pattern of engaging in codependent relationships. Do not care about how others act, control and care about your own behavior. Accept anything that happens to you. Be outcome independent. There you have now arrived at the pinnacle of the red pill.
