I would add burgundy streaked with either the orange or a dark red sunflowers as a compliment to the yellow ones .

Sherry I know you have already finished this project,however; if you are repeating this in the future, I have only one suggestion. I would,when painting the board,I would take and feather the green up into the blue since it is supposed to represent blades of grass. For me the straight line is to starck of a contrast between what is representing the grass and the sky. I really love this project because it is so 3D in effect, it is really beautiful I agree with you on the color of the flowers, the orange added in really made the flowers more realistic Honey I love your artwork! You have gotten me started with the bling paintings. I started about a year ago doing my first one and everyone loves them You remind me so much of myself in that you have a blast doing your craft. When I am crafting, I am more relaxed and carefree more so than any other time or thing that I am doing. Another one of my crafts is cooking and again I am more relaxed and carefree when I am cooking. Thank you for being such an inspiration for all of us. Happy Crafting!!!
