    Thank you so so much for your videos. Your workout videos have helped me discover muscle groups I didn’t even know existed before they started getting sore! But even as challenging as they are, your format still manages to bring an incredible sense of calm after a busy/hectic day. I genuinely look forward to the days where I can do one of your Pilates/barre workouts in between the other HIIT or strength training videos through the week.
