Just so everyone knows, I live in Los Angeles and this may not apply to Washington D.C events, but leaflets are frequently left on telephone poles, college campus student community boards, and even on Craigslist for jobs as paid protesters. The materials are provided and the rate of pay was advertised as $25-$50 per hour and quote: “no experience needed.” I think it’s likely that this is was took place here.
