Billions of dollars in East Oakland she says…. If you don’t get a handle on crime in the area, I doubt. There’s more than just sport teams that are leaving that part of town.

You need more funding for police first.. and you need to fix up the image of Oakland. It’s rundown and blighted you won’t get anymore businesses unless you fix up the existing areas there are so many pockets of Oakland without any businesses because crime is so bad.
