Saying that not eating carbohydrates increases your risk of diabetes shows a lack of professionalism. Harvard should be ashamed to have such a doctor on staff.

Nobody said anything when I was eating pizza, processed foods and sugary cereals. Now, as soon as I cut out the processed foods, sugar, and sead oils, all of a sudden, I'm gonna get a heart attack and destroy the planet. Geez!! <---- 99.5% Carnivore for life!! (Occasionally, have blueberries and coffee)

Carnivore for 6 months; beating cancer. Extra benefit is no more joint pain anywhere.
  • @Carnicrazy
Okay, as a carnivore for about 15 months, my health has never been better. Weight optimal for my 77 years of age. I feel like I'm aging backwards! CARNIVORE FOREVER!

My son and I started carnivore over a year ago. Bad for our health? Let's break it down. My son: 16 years old, 305 lbs, 5'10" tall. He had excema, psoriasis, and acne. His self confidence was terrible. 13 months later, AS A CARNIVORE,: 175 lbs, acne GONE, Psoriasis GONE, acne GONE. His confidence is sky high. He smiles more, laughs more, and grades went from C/B to straight A's. Me, one year ago? 62 years old. 5'8" tall and 174 lbs. Bench press 100 lbs, shoulder press 40 lbs, dips machine 60 lbs, curls 40 lbs. Today? 150 lbs. Blood pressure down from good to excellent. Cholesterol DOWN without medication. Bench press multiple sets at 175lbs, shoulder press multiple reps at 100 lbs, dips machine multiple reps at 220 lbs curls multiple reps at 100 lbs. I can outrun most of the 30 year olds I play soccer with. I feel like I am 25 and not 63 years old. Tell me again how bad carnivore is for us??? Still waiting....

  • For anyone on the ropes, give it a try for 90 days. My results are amazing. Never going back.
  • Thank you Dr Hampton. 787 days carnivore, dropped 47lbs, no more psoriasis, acid reflux, snoring to the point of divorce, inflammation, Diverticulitis, IBS, farting like a gorilla, aches, joint pains, tired always, mood swings, sllep issues...65 feelin 25...never going back to my 80% plant based diet, never too old to learn! Naysayers, you do you, I'll do me, I'm the happiest I've been in decades, so you can't piss on my parade 😊

My health has never been better by quitting grains, fruits, vegetables, high fructose and cooking oil. This spring I stopped vegetables gardening because all the compost bags had suspected glyphosate residue in them. All my pepper plants crinkled and died. Now the garden plot is full of 10 foot tall sunflowers sprouting from the wild bird seeds. Right in June afternoon, I’m watching flocks of goldfinches nibbling away with chirpy happiness. Joining them are hundreds of bees and butterflies. Hmmm this ribeye is delicious with just sprinkle of salt. The Harvard people, they have no shame. It boils down to big money.

Harvard turned itself into a woke joke. Lost all credibility.
  • I once had the privilege of speaking with world renowned Stanford epidemiologist Dr Jay Battacharya. Yes, the Dr Battacharya who was a co-author of the Great Barrington Declaration. I asked him what he thought of carbohydrate restricted diets. He said that was not a field he had expertise in, but (in his opinion) nutrition research was largely trash. He said no one should allow anyone else to talk them out of consuming a diet that makes them feel well. That's good enough for me. I have been animal based for 5 years and I am NEVER going back!

I was diagnosed with MS almost 10 yrs ago and was eating lots of fruits and tons of veggies with a small amount of meat. It wasn’t until I dropped the fruit and veggies and went carnivore that health returned. 😊 I thank God for beef and all the ranchers and good doctors on you tube
  • 16 months carnivore. I’m 67 years old - lost 88 lbs, lost inflammation, lost brain fog. I love this way of eating and have never felt better!!
  • My doctor said to me, whatever I was doing, keep on doing it. When asked what I was doing - they replied, they can not endorse that. Go figure.
  • @pilotrtc
I transitioned to keto at the beginning of the pandemic, Jan 2020, and slowly transitioned to carnivore over the last year. The reason for going carnivore is eliminating those last veggies and fruit finally got rid of and kept off 53 excess pounds, improved my sleep, and cleared my brain fog. Additionally, I am no longer thinking about food, obsessing about my next meal, nor feeling deprived. I haven't been "hangry" in 4 years. I think trying something like this for 30 days won't be harmful to anyone, but I'm not a doctor. Just a person whose health improved.
  • @Eienlanzer
I'm 7 months strict carnivore. Bloating, farting, headaches, inflammation, brain fog, irritability, gone. I'm sleeping through the entire night.
  • No money, no Harvard. Always follow the money. Kings eat meat; peasants eat wheat. Which do you want to be?
