I jumped for 1.5 hours on a BBNO$ concert last week and damn... I felt my abs during it and now my six pack developed a lot. I think just jumping for a long time can also be a game changer for abs
  • Weighted jump rope are no joke. Tried it once and my shoulders were sore and pumped 😵

i have had crossrope, bought as a bundle for many years and still kicking. The thing is that, I also have a less than 2 eur rope bought in Vietnam that I find myself using more often than the crossrope.

I love rope jumping. I think it is a great, and actually better, alternative to jogging.

Adding fun to workouts cant be overstated. I have always been my fittest when I had a team or several friends to work out with on a schedule. And jump rope is a lot of fun - if you can get a longer rope and two friends, you can start getting fancy with your jumps and teach yourself tricks and games. Jumping alone is still a lot of fun, when I jump roped every day I was doing weird tricks and techniques to impress myself with.
