conor was scary back then!! new mma fans thinks he is just a trash talker but bruh this guy was scary!!
  • @gunnarbeamer8603
Crazy watching this back and seeing Max’s improvement with his hands. And to see how fluid Connor used to be before he switched his style
  • @r.f2173
I really appreciate Joe's detailed commentary in this fight. Super informative

It's criminal that we didn't get to see these guys run it back in their respective primes.
  • @Smoker5739
Conor’s biggest issue is he lost what made his standup game good. He adopted a boxing heavy style and became heavy on his feet. He use to be light on his feet and use his kicks to create distance and set up strikes and the pace of the fight.
  • Whos here after the masterclass performance of Holloway over Gaethje
  • @ollebet_media
Imagine telling this man he'd be #1 on the forbes list. He'd probably believe you.
  • @Gottiline_Ace
Crazy to see what a primed and focused Connor looked like. Max has come a long way also. Two legendary guys in the sport for sure.

Current Max vs Prime McGregor is now my favorite hypothetical fight
  • @vic8099
Man the volume and pressure by conor in this fight was just a piece of art
  • @apos6
Such a fun fight for 2 fighters that would both achieve great things in the UFC. Run it back at lightweight in 2024.
  • @buryitdeep
Too many people forget how good Conor was.

Connor looks like a kitten playing with his meal 😂… the way he moves his hands is just like a curious cat.
  • @kendanzan8088
this was one of conors best performances IMO. the movement, flow, and creativeness in his striking.. he pretty much created his own style that worked for him and he would execute beautifully. this was the martial artist that truly distinguished him from anyone else i'd seen
  • @EffinUrMom69
When Rogan said “I’m sure Conor is well trained in psychological warfare as well”…. Well we all found that out didn’t we
  • @RevKali
9:19 On a podcast Holloway said that Conor hurt his knee while on the ground and yelled in pained and Holloway asked if he was ok(that’s when Joe says they’re talking to each other) and Conor responded by saying “yeah yeah keep on fighting mate”. Crazy how hungry Conor was back then!
