  • In my travels I think Missouri has the overall best state parks with so many camp sites with water access . I love the oak forests in most of the parks. Snakes can be an issue but just be careful

    Missouri has some great state parks there are some really good civil war state parks and museums you may want to check out

    Pershing State Park is not near Mark Twain Lake. Johnsons Shut-Ins does not have a lake. Bennett Springs does not have a Yert. Get your facts straight before misleading others.
