Honestly, I like those titles, because it lets me know to immediately block their channel with the quickness so real Christian content can come through!
  • God doesnt want is to feel guilty but he is calling us into a relationship with him, he loves you. God is not mad at you.

Tonight I saw a video title that said: "Click on this video to be saved of your burden of sin". To which I thought to myslef that only Jesus saves from the burden of sin, not a video.

I feel like those titles are emotionally manipulative when they shouldn’t be.

dude, im so glad you're talking about this, more people need to say smth imo. love the perspective you give for people to think on
  • I think videos titled "God Wanted You To Hear This Message!" usually turn me away actually. So, I think it's good your reminding fellow Christians to always use discernment and trust God will just lead them back to a video if it is indeed something he wants them to hear👍.

THANK you. I am SO sick of these types of titles and haven't heard anyone talk about it. It makes me tight in my chest every time I read them and harms my relationship with God bc it makes me feel shame. It's taken a lot of work to learn to resist those kinds of accusations, but I still feel angry and it's annoying to have to deal with that anger and sense of scorn. I find it so disrespectful and dishonest of these creators to make these kinds of videos and I'll pretty quickly completely avoid a channel if I see them doing that because tbqh I can't really trust their judgement at that point. Kind of sketchy to be speaking for God to people on something that could have such a broad reach. I really enjoy your videos!
  • All that matters is getting into the Word of God & getting close to Him, we can't put our trust in man! We have to put our trust & hope in Lord Jesus 🙏📖🕊✨️

I'm so so done. This my lowest i ever been fr. It seems like i can't follow God. It seems like i'm not built for this. I honestly dk where i'll be in a few months, wheter living the life God wants me to, or dead. I really dk. This damn porn, this damn lust. I do NOT want it. But i fear that in a few days it'll return and the same cycle will continue till my death. I hate just the thought of it. Damn it, i gotta be evangelizing all my school in less than 2 months, how the hell am i gonna pull this off. Pray for me, that's all i can say. Pls.
  • I'm from Brazil, and I love how God speaks to me through his life, even so far away, teaching me many powerful things about him ❤

Same vibe as "CLICK ON THIS BEFORE 2060" "I bet you can't watch this video without holding your breath."

What timing... I was just thinking about this and how much I dislike those videos and Youtubers for abusing Christ's power and name like this. In the beginning I was a fool and was okay with those videos and actually watch through it, but then the algorithm picked it up and kept pushing out more videos like this, I used to enjoy it and felt like "Omgosh God is talking to me" but then I received counselling from a prayer warrior from a church ministry, throughout the session I showed that I wanted to know a lot about God but always through someone else, I didn't notice it until he asked me one question, "Why don't you just ask Him about it? Pray to Him." That confused me and hit me in the soul for some reason, I never realized that I was avoiding God directly and never realize I could talk to Him one on one. I have prayed to Him but I never pray with the intention to get a reply from Him, which the uncle corrected me and said God wants to talk to you everyday, how could He not? He is your Father, He loves you. Does your loved one go through a third party to talk to you? Most of the time it's no (unless we had a childish fight and cold war happens lool) I then applied this knowledge to the Youtube 'christian' videos because the way they act like they are here to send you a clear message from God is mind-boggling, like how and why? Plus, the video titles and content got so annoying to the point where I felt like "If God wanted to let me know about this, He definitely will be more direct and clear about it" because God is clear and direct, how He speaks to His people in the Bible, He is always clear, He would not let you be confused or lost, if you ask for a sign He will grant it clear as day to you that it is Him. The title started to give me guilt, it became from "God wants you to see this" "God wants you to hear this" to suddenly "If you skip this video, you're skipping God" "Like this video if you love God!" That's when I got annoyed and started disliking these videos because it made me feel guilty, horrible, useless and unlovable, because there are days I just don't want to sit through a 5-10 minute video of someone repeating what the other 10+ videos had just told me a few days ago, I had to go back to the Bible and remind myself that God loves us and never guilt trips us or condemns us. The enemy does that. God is a gentleman, He waits for me and you to come to Him, patiently as the God He is. Just like you mentioned, knowing how Youtube and marketing algorithm works (a lil bit), its sad to realize they are putting titles like that because it's 'trendy' it gets Youtube algorithm to push it out more and promotes the channel better. There is also a rise in Christian Youtubers or videos/content lately as well because they know people will click on it to hear God's word, so its probably a marketing scheme these people are using. It kind of reminds me of the Scriptures on 'wolf in sheeps clothing', they pretend and use God's name but in fact their true intentions might be somewhere far from God. Nowadays I watch official channels from certain Fathers, priests and podcast hosts, those who have spent most of their time learning and analyzing God's word or people who have experience God's divine power. God bless you all brothers and sisters, take care and be alert!
  • I don't click on those. I never sent those chain posts back in them MySpace days and I definitely won't click on videos using God's name in vain like that. Thanks for the reminder! God bless you

“There is never a time these outside messages from other people will become more important than God” bro has BARS bro! Thanks for making this vid. Its horrific clickbait these folks are doing and I am happy you are explaining it to people

Reminds me of the man of God from Judah in 1 Kings 13. God clearly gave him a message, but then another “prophet” came along with a “God has a message for you” video … he totally clicked. It didn’t go so well. I encourage everyone to read it in 1 Kings chapter 13.

Another video that Orlando is speaking biblical facts. Once again, thank you for your obedience in your calling. Keep it up, brother.
  • @BlueSeaShark
Thanks! Finally someone who adresses this drama. Some people really make annoying clickbait titles just to click it and then the whole message is like 30 minutes or a whole hour long or even longer, but mostly you don't get any valuably message out of them, or at least most of the messages you already know.
  • God you are just and always have been. You are the beginning and the end and the ultimate truth. The eternal uncreated God. Lord empower us with your wisdom and strength. 🙏
