I think people assume that a black woman has a preference for dating white men when the black woman does not fit the “stereotype” of how a black woman is to carry themselves or how she speaks. I used to get the same comments even from so called friends and although I’m not opposed to dating outside of my race, I have never done it. It’s so crazy to me the things people can assume about someone else... either way I love your personality and channel! 💞💞💞

As a weird girl myself, I wish people would stop assuming that because you're not a typical black girl that you only have a preference for non black men. Besides it's mainly men who do the pursuing. The real question should be how many black men are willing to approach a non typical black woman.

I'm black and weird and I am proud because I am myself and not trying to be somebody else. I love anime, kpop, Japanese drama, kdrama, Chinese drama, and jpop. Even though my friends are not into that stuff they respect me and what I do. I was born a nerd and will go down in history as one. I might be shy and have generalized anxiety disorder but I am still going to do what makes me happy and be all I can be.

Haha...people assume the racial preference for me too. Not sure why since my kryptonite is dark-skinned black men. However, more than dark men....I absolutely love gentlemen. So I date anyone.

That doesn't even make sense. I remember when you first started and your bf was an Asian guy. People just love to put Black women in a box. I enjoy a lot of "non-Black" things (I hate the assumption that certain issues are race-based) and they don't automatically align with the type of guys I like. Black, white, Asian, etc. if he fine, he's fine and if we click on similar interests, I'm good to go.

Black girls who arent "typical" or "stereotypical" always get accused of only dating outside their race. I think its dangerous for other Black people to accuse other of such just because theyre not a walking stereotype. Its like folks forget that we're all allowed to be different.

I had some dates, with black men with dark chocolate skin, I went on a date with a guy who was Filipino, I went on a date with a guy that was white. As long as a guy treats you right, and has eyes only for you, then date whoever you want. I loves you and your content lol.

I married a dark handsome man from West Africa and all I kept getting was. "I thought you were into white guys". Mind you I have never even introduced any of my associates to any boyfriends or guys that I have ever dated because I keep it hush. It was so weird to hear.

Confession: I don't have any hair. Lost my hair in 2016 (illness related )and I don't watch you for hair. You are amazing, entertaining .... Your wierd is more organized than mine and that fascinates me. My wierd runs amuck. My husband and friends bond over how they handle my wierdness. I'm sweet, and addictive that saves me.
