Most East Hastings shops do cater to drug addicts, as thats where you can find most of the homeless and drug addicts. BC is also a one-party consent province when it comes to recording conversations or individuals. Off topic but the conversation about the “nefarious group” was never given a name and it leads me to believe that they were publicly covering their own image from information Tyler had brought to light.
