After settling into Kuala Lumpur, we spend our first full day touring around the city. Taking in the stagging size of Petronas towers, Traditional Malay suburbs and the Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan (The Federal Territory Mosque) in the morning, A unique bookstore, Chinatown and the night life after dark.

KL is so exciting to explore and we love this city. Stay with us along our journey as we have more to come.

This video references the National Mosque which is incorrect. It is the Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan (The Federal Territory Mosque) that we visited.

Kampung Baru will come alive during evening n night, hotspot for Malay/Melayu in centre KL. And yes it is one of the most valuable land but most of its residents still want to preserve it. Also you visited the Federal Mosque (Masjid Wilayah).

Just to correct, the mosque you visited is not the National Mosque but it is Federal Territory Mosque (Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan). The National Mosque (Masjid Negara) is situated next to Perdana Botanical Garden, and Isllamic Museum with blue umbrella shape dome.

  • Thanks for showing kl. Kampung baru is the last malay village in kl. Hope the villagers can hold on to it. Many want to tear it down to build more buildings.

where did you get your information's about Kampong baru from.. Kampong baru is worth at least 10 billion and rising and not as you said 1 billion.. the entire area has already designated as the future city expands with many 400 metre towers.. every household in that area is already a multimillionaire
