Hisagis bankai is shown in can't fear your own world as well as an upgrade to his shikai. In shikai the power is actually the chains and as long as he has reiatsu any damage he takes will be healed through chains stitching him back together. Then his bankai is meant to be used on a more powerful opponent. It traps them both in a cage and puts nooses on them and drains their reiatsu to heal any damage they take. They remain trapped until they run out of reiatsu and collapse allowing his allies to come in and finish off an enemy that they otherwise wouldn't have been able to beat and then saving hisagi. Prolly one of the most useful bankais if utilized correctly as it essentially makes no single character unbeatable as long as hisagi has friends on standby

The Vizrads were prohibited from using hollow powers within the soul society I'm pretty sure. Not sure why this wasn't lifted during the war though.

Shuhei should definitely be a captain imo… His use of Hado during fights is amazing, and at the point in the Hell Arc, he’d probably have a similar fighting style to Byakuya

I think Kira should get the same treatment as Hisagi, and grow in strength. He's always been one of the coolest lieutenants, and his bankai would probably be quite OP (probably gravity manipulation).

Shuhei's Bankai was already revealed in the Can't Fear Your Own World light novel it's called Undying Hangman's Noose and summons a massive ball of chains that wrap around him and his opponents neck and it's ability forcefully connects their reiatsu and uses the combined energy to heal any wounds either of the receive until they both run out of power basically forcing a tie

I always thought what Kazui did to Yhwach's reiatsu was a display of the powers he inherited from Inoue in her ability to reject...
