Your title surprised me. Jakarta’s STREET FOOD can be sold in a five-star restaurant at! The Smoky beef rib is really big. It must be very filling for one person. The portion is quite sufficient! I wasn't really looking forward to the grilled fish, but seeing the sauce and red pepper, I was convinced! The final skewers are also very tempting, and I feel like it will have a rich flavor! All three types of barbecue are great! We eat avocado, but rarely add it to ice, which is really eye-opening! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍😄👏

This is a good mix of BBQ, although it would’ve been nice to see more varieties with mutton/chevon and pork. Maybe something popular and easy to find in Jakarta like like Batak-style pork or Solo-style mutton. It’s always a pleasure to have you in our country, and most of us just want you to try things that you might have missed out on before. 3:11 Ah Iga Panggang Panglima is a local favorite, but it’s not really “Indonesian” per se. 8:19 Love this suggestion from Arie, juku’ tunu (grilled fish) is a really good representation from South Sulawesi. 11:19 Aside from wearing mask, somebody really should tell that man not to smoke at work, that’s disgusting. Anyways, sate Madura is popular around Indonesia 👍
