  • Fasting in a fat-adapted state is really easy - 1,2,3 days - no problem. Fasting in a carbohydrate adapted state is HELL.
  • @KetovoreAnita
Excellent interview. So pleased to see someone being brave enough to actually say they refused to comply with the vaccination requirements. Good on Richard. Thank you to you both.

I do appreciate plants in our environment. I watch them to make sure their healthy ferns orchids on desks or side tables. I don’t eat them but appreciate them. Placement of flowers and trees in the yard are pleasing to my eyes.

What a stunning show. Thank you. Been keto 6 yrs, aged 55 and trying to build muscle. Fell into the "you need carbs" trap. So now I'm fatter, sicker. What an idiot. Day 3 of clean ketovore (not carnivore as eat avocado, olives and drink a coffee). Already feeling sooooo much better. But mentally I needed this. I'm not an athlete, but I do want to be stronger in my old age.
  • Hey doc, just wanted to say thank you for everything I've learned from you over the past year and a half. I just got off the phone with a nurse from my insurance company who was blown away that I don't eat carbs, and have remission from my Crohn's and ulcerative colitis. She never once told me I was killing myself, and genuinely seemed fascinated by this. Even better, she felt no need to try and push biologics. I honestly feel like this is one of the best victories I've had with medical staff.
  • All the smart people seem to be the ones who refused to get vaccinated. I’m glad to be in the group!
  • I was forced to be on cross country in high school and to do a ton of sports because I was so athletic. I liked sports but not being forced to perform. My coaches were mad because as a type 1 diabetic and as a kid who said he was a carnivore I thought carbs were the enemy and I fasted (instead of carb-loading) before games and competitions. Even with my results, I was reprimanded.

The biggest problem for us carnivores is what they are currently doing to animal vaccines. The coming MRNA vaccinations for livestock and poultry is going to be major issue going forward for us to remain healthy . I know what I’m talking about here and adequately qualified to do so to say the least. Be careful my friends , know your local livestock farmers and know what they’ve been fed and inoculated against.

Just for the fact that he resisted the jab i Admire him. Grwat Podcast
  • Love your guests Welsh accent - listen all day to that accent.
  • Great stuff! Carnivore since January, my fellow tennis players have seen my progress in endurance, I tell them how I got there but their carb addiction is stronger than their will to improve.. But I do understand them, for the rest of my life I will be a recovering sugar addict, but at least my cheat days are becoming all the time less frequent.
  • @sarahjane8527
Fantastic. Ive listened to hundreds of hours of carnivor podcasts, and gathered a lot of information. This episode has sewn all the parts together. Thank you so much x
  • Brilliant, talk. I know this was not the main thrust of this interview but it was so heartening to hear yet another person who refused to take the treatment, even though there was a tremendous pressure and he had to miss a competition, like Djokovic. I think that when you feel extremely well, like we do eating only animal foods, you are very reticent to put unknown drugs inside the body.
  • Thank you so much for the information. I have found it so interesting. I have a husband who is aging badly and I am trying to help him. It is so hard to go against the medical community.
  • this is an excellent information edit - lately I have thought up a new term " Speaking directly from the petri dish " when people are experimenting and learning from their own lives -- I swear I hope this gentleman gets a chance to have a crowd stand up and applaud him -- One person clapping over here , across the pond !
  • Loved this, and my body building partner is finely convinced he don't need carbs anymore. He is going carnivore tomorrow. He didn't even cooked rice tonight and just ate his goulash. So happy he's finally convinced. I've been carnivore for a year now. The results are amazing. I have RA and I'm now pain-free. I'm happier have more energy and as a bonus I lost 70lbs. Thanks for this great podcast. X
  • Keto/carnivore has normalized my bp where I was 160/90. Completely off meds now. Keto had been recomended to me before but i was afraid to eat fat. Once i started watching you and people like dr berry and it was expalined to me how it works it made completes sense and i threw caution to the wind.
  • @Andy-fr6nj
Excellent podcast, Ant! Richard certainly knows his stuff.
  • Top drawer presentation gentlemen thank you from Gary, full time judo coach age 64 with the health and energy of a 25 year old on beef, eggs and butter. One thing you possibly could have mentioned was lack of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS. So not only better performance but more available training time through reduced inflammation.
