Ya know Yo, I don’t know which is bigger, your insight, your skillset or your gigantic heart. I wasn’t having a bad day, but the title captivated me. You are such a compassionate soul. Thanks for doing this. I had so many of these days and I went through them alone. Sure wish I’d found you and your community back then.

Thank you Dr.Yo the love and compassion you have for us out here means so much you have no idea ❤😢
  • Wow….this is wonderful. I would swear chronic dizziness I feel has nothing to do with mental state for past two years yet listening to this today feels very helpful. Thank you so much for posting this.

So very kind and compassionate of you Dr Yo to make this video.. Today has been a trying day. Mental gymnastics I call it.. The despair is so real.. Been stressful stuff going on that's making things worse right now...God bless you ❤
  • Thank you for your existence 🙏🙏🙏🙏,for your understanding how tough and scary it can be,that days feeling so freaky, feeling so hopeless
  • I have been struggling with chronic symptoms for 20 years and today I was at a very low point with no hope. This was great for me to hear. Thank you.

Dr Yo- today i feel exactly what you said, i feel like I am different than others and its not a neuro circuit dizziness and the MRI must have missed something. I don’t feel stressed and feel overall calm most of the time even with dizziness and tinnitus and head pressure. I wasnt always like this i worked hard with CBT to accept and reduce my anxiety and fear and thought my symptoms were going away until the last weeks when my symptoms keep changing and going away then coming back. Pressure in tje forehead and and ear and feeling like my head is too heavy when standing up. I feel like all the progress i made and all the efforts i made were pointless:(

Thank you. A good friend of mine sent me this for me and I think it’ll be helpful for my mom too. My mom has been dizzy/woozy post stroke for over a year now and doesn’t consider it quality life. I would do anything to be able to help her. I’m going to share this video with her Thanks 🙏❤️
