  • Does anyone like me press like before even watching Becky??..you just know it's going to be good 😊
  • @essiev6397
Hello sweet people over the world. Thanks becky and josh for bringing us all together ❤🎉
  • I have three children, and when they were young I would send them into the garden at dusk. Each child had a torch and bucket and i would pay them 10 pence per slug or snail. These would then be transported down to the railway line where the buckets would be emptied onto the embankment. Kids loved it as they earned a little chocolate money.😊

In this world of upheaval, your channel is my solace. I’d give anything to live like you do!
  • I would love a “day in my life” video to see how you maintain the garden, house, and family on a daily basis. It’s amazing! I know that’s a big ask so no pressure.
  • @LifeStirredUp
I bought about 20 wire trash cans from Dollar Tree and use them over small seedlings or over where I planted sunflower seeds, pumpkins seeds, etc. It has helped with the birds eating the new seedlings. They are only $1.25 each and you can reuse them for many years.
  • @lherberts
Garden tours and harvests are my favourite!!
  • Plant cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip greens, collard greens and mustard greens in the Fall to help diminish bug issues.
  • Omgosh you and josh are so meticulous with those amazing gardens! I can't even imagine the off-camera work involved in creating and maintaining them!
  • @terrapedes
I saw your rhubarb is huge, just so you know, if you didn’t already, it freezes wonderfully, just chop it up and freeze in bags. This late in the season some of it might be woody, but if you harvest from it a few times through the season you can get young stems

I learned that the darn slugs absolutely love corn meal ...if you sprinkle it along the edge of the bed, they will eat it and be happy and leave your crop alone. Meanwhile, in the early morning you can come out and collect them to throw into another location far far away. Snails like beer and also the corn meal . The corn meal method saved my seedlings when I learned they are ravenous after eating my first planting of Zinnias ...so when I re-planted, I used the corn meal...even the cheap Jiffy mix..... and have a successful garden now
  • @essbee9352
I love that you're growing flowers in between all your veggies❤
  • Your bees will LOVE the zinnias once they start to bloom. I would also grow a bed of basil near them and just let them go to full flowers as they grow. Zinnias, Salvia and Basil flowers are the things that attract the most bees into my backyard.
  • To keep critters from eating your seeds, sprinkle some red pepper flakes into the hole with them. You can normally find inexpensive red pepper flakes at Dollar Tree.
  • @hiho8084
Such a beautiful garden. I love how the beds are all separated by a nice walking area. You are like me. If something volunteers to come up, I say, "Join the party!" 😀
  • Becky, this is just stunning! I bet drone footage of your property would be so cool!
  • @jwoo9307
I recently told my sister I’d have to call her back because I was watching my friend Becky. Thank you for brightening my day with your wonderful garden and delicious looking foods. I started watching your channel about 6 months ago and I’m almost caught up on all your videos.😊
  • @kimesser2318
I have a great tip. My friend ties several streamers of reflective ribbon on all her blueberry bushes. Keeps the birds away
  • Because of you....I found a hobby that I love. Gardening abd preserving. I have never really had a hobby before you. Many many thanks!❤❤❤
  • @leisaann
Hi Becky, hi friends 🎉 I am really hoping to find strawberry plants this weekend. Usually its not grown in Guyana. We do have a mulberry bush that turned into a whole tree!
