This was awesome! I literally am an optimist with experience. I used to think everything would go well. Then at a young age (20) I was dealt the first of several life-altering blows. I began to hope for the best but expect the worst. When people call me a pessimist, I say I may be, but I'm also not devastated and am emotionally prepared if the worse happens.
  • Can you please make an update video on Erin Moriarty? I think you might feel differently about her now.
  • I think I am an optimist, I always see the positive side and I can cope with anything that comes my way, I think the darkest time in society is staying healthy during the pandemic before there was a vaccine. Even after a vaccine came out and people were fully vaccinated individuals were still getting COVID and dying from the illness. It was a very lonely time, as everything was shut down and people were isolated. During that time, I got my entertainment from watching television and YouTube. Although I am fully vaccinated I still take precautions, like wearing a face mask when people have a cold. Actually I feel really lucky as I know quite a few people who have had COVID and I never did. Although I am suppose to exercise, that is something that I am not fond of as it is like work. As a result of getting sick at three and a half months old, I had had been going to physiotherapy since I was three years. old. On the bright side I still have activities that are good for me but I do not do it for the good of my health. Although I am 90% paralyzed on my left side, I am an avid square dancer, sometimes dancing twice a week. I also enjoy chair yoga which includes a lot of the exercises, I am suppose to do. When I listen to other people talking about their health problems, I can't help but feel good about myself, because they are complaining about all their ailments. Since I have dealt with my physical disability and health issues all my life it is just part of my character and doing things a little different then other people is the norm for me. I feel proud with everything that I have accomplished.
  • I am a natural optimist. However I believe I am a realist too. If I have something fixable I will try to fix it. If it is proven that the thing I have is not curable, then why stress. Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. God bless you.
