To this day, this song gives me chills. It's so beautifully written. My boyfriend unexpectedly passed away last year, and this is one of the songs that I can listen to on repeat to help me cope. This song gives me hope; even though life feels like it's crashing down all around me, I still have the power to make my own destiny and manifest what I want in life and make it my own. Life is so unbelievably short... do not live life vicariously! Don't go through the motions... live in the moment too! And most importantly, do not go to bed angry, especially at the people that you love, because you never know if that will be the last time you see them! I'm forever thankful I got to tell him goodnight and I love you before he took his last breath in his sleep. R.I.P. Daniel. This song is for you ❤

i think his voice sounds so much better with less electronic-sounding tune to it, not that this isnt still good but i love the rawness he can bring to his music

The relatability inside of this song just makes me want to cry. So many feelings, so many of the same thoughts. Sad, but shown in such a beautiful way.
