Knuckles' Chaotix (32X) All Bosses (No Damage). It is a 1995 platform game by Sega for the 32X. A spinoff from the Sonic the Hedgehog series, it features Knuckles the Echidna and four other characters known as the Chaotix, who must prevent Doctor Robotnik and Metal Sonic from obtaining six magic rings and conquering a mysterious island.

Honestly hands down Knux Chaotix, Sonic CD, and Sonic Mania have my absolute favorite art direction of the whole series. It's all so colorful, surreal, and fun. Plus the cutscenes in this are almost downright artistic, gives me big 90s anime OVA vibes.

9:27 Wait a minute, Sonic Mania even referenced Chaotix? I had no idea! Also, I love how abrupt that final boss is. After that opening cutscene, you're just abruptly shot into the battle.

Contrary to popular belief, Metal Sonic Kai is a name given to Metal Sonic's new body in this game, and not the giant Metal Sonic robot (aka World Entrance Phase 2, or Titan Metal Sonic (as he's called in Archie Comics) you fought at the end. Source is from the Japanese manual.

I like how this game has cinematics before the boss. They make great use of scaling on the Super 32X. The whole game make great use of the addon! The colours are great! Each boss has their own music despite all of them (except Metal Sonic Kai) being just Eggman in a mech powered by a Chaos Ring... Which breaks after destroying Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik's machine?
