[Bug Fables] - All Bosses (Hard Mode)

The paper Mario game all fans were waiting for.

Lmao I remember being stuck at the factory boss. I'm trying to beat the whole game in hardmode, and to defeat that boss, Iended up grinding for an extra piece of hp. And guess what hapened!? The turn before I used my final attack, the buzz bub uses his rocked assault attack, killing one of my party members, and the last one left? Vi! With one hp, I used the beemerang to put an end to those nuts and bolts! Truly the most satisfying boss defeat yet.

I like that the music for Zommoth makes him sound like a horror game monster.

Somehow I'm not surprised this ended up being a lot better than Origami King .

And then there is also Team Slacker, it was honestly so good to have such a hard but fun fight for when you basically already beat the game, also I just love how they never finished a single quest even tho they could have easily beaten every bounty boss lmao

Apparently the ULTIMAX Tank is based off of General Guy's tank in Paper Mario 64

As of Chapter 5, my absolute favorite boss in this game is the Beast. I did activate Vi's god mode to get past him. But even then she got OKOed. As did Leif. But that final phase where he EATS Vi and Leif, that's the best part. With Kabbu the only one left standing, his attack goes up and the Beast's attack goes down. That last part is SUPER satisfying. And just sit down AND APPRECIATE THE MUSIC!!!! Best track in the GAME!!!

Forget Origami King bringing back good story to Paper Mario, Bug Fables recreated the Paper Mario TTYD experience. This is the game everyone's been waiting for. And I'm enjoying it. But Venus and her plant Monster gave a crap load of trouble. Hard mode is a real pain, but I will complete the game with it. I can't deny the game did do a good job with it's bosses. But they can be annoying. But the wasp soilder counts as a mid-boss and you included the other mid-bosses.

Nice work! This looks satisfyingly challenging. I'm twitching with anticipation for this game to be available on Switch. I hope it's soon.

Glad to see someone else using OP poison badge builds. I went full into it, using the badges that makes the poison infinite and actually heal. Took a ton of badge points, but totally worth it! Edit: Also glad to see that I wasn’t the only one who did Zommoth immediately after The Watcher. I thought I either was in an optional area with a super boss, or I sequence-broke, because it’s crazy that you can fight a boss that’s 110 HP (where the 2nd-to-last boss has 105) after a 65 HP boss. Also, I don’t think used the poison badges for it (or if I did, it was incomplete), on the hard difficulty, so there’s that.

From The Watcher on I had access to busted items. Crisbee Donut, Tangy Carpaccio, Queen's Feast, Spicy Candy and Burly Chips. Just goes to show how interesting badges can be and how useful items can be.

I'm on chapter 6 start and hardest boss (for my opinion) what I've done is zommoth (16 attempts), easiest ones - spider (1 attempt), broodmother (1 attempt) and the beast (1 attempt)

I just got the game today and I love it!

I love how many optional bosses there are. Though does anyone have any advice for momma chomper or the ultimax tank?
