I am SO grateful for this new day! It is now 2,088 days since they removed a tumour in my colon and I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer……..sadly, until I listened to this video, I had forgotten just how lucky I am to be alive on this day. So today I am announcing to the world how grateful I am for all of those days I’ve had, for reaching the age of 71 which I never thought I would, and most importantly, for all of the amazing things I’ve done and the joy I’ve experienced in all of those days. Thank you for this wake-up call. I am at peace with myself as I am and the world as it is, and I will be grateful for each new day from now on. I AM grateful for THIS new day today ❤️

Just an fyi for those seriously interested in Buddhism. These self-affirmations are not direct teachings of the Buddha. If you’re curious to learn more about Buddhism, read a book by Ajahn Chah or Thich Nhat Hahn if you’re new to Buddhism.🙏

Kudos to you for creating such an informative and engaging video. I was recently shocked when I found a forbidden book on Borlest called Whispers of Manifestation . trust me, guys, I have never seen anything like it in my life. From secret dark strategies to some unbelievable ideas. Trust me on this, find the book.
  • I suggest that instead of saying I want, I want, believe that is already done! Say I walk the “Path of Wisdom” not I want to “Walk the Path of Wisdom” and so on with all phrases! Believe that it already exists! Love and light to all of you Beautiful people around our Wonderful World!
  • You are on your way to the life that you want if you are reading this. It means you watched/listened to the video and checked the comments. ❤ I’m grateful for all the people here. We got here for a reason. ❤

I share the working day with someone who curses the moment and looks to a future for happiness and fulfilment. I see now that their negativity has been affecting me because I have wished for them to change, I have been guilty of the very blindness of which I accuse them. I must accept them like the morning sun, they simply do not see and are not ready to hear. Even when not young in years people wish for another life, to be somewhere else, I must embrace this life which is true and that includes the movement of other. 🙏

2:25 Gratitude. This resonates with me a lot. I read a poem of Kahlil Gibran when I was a student in literature and there was a line like this "Wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving."

I am grateful I found this video but more grateful for reading these beautiful comments, I have been trying to be mindful of my emotions especially the negative ones, of this heartbreak and anxiety i had for the last days, Trying to get through it by considering the big picture, the lesson behind such stupid life situations. I am looking for peace and calmness, inner ones, and listening to such wisdom helps but reading people’s experiences is even more inspiring, thank you for sharing these precious comments.

The clear, step-by-step approach to incorporating these affirmations into our daily lives makes this practice accessible and impactful.
