Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I know you had a hard time with this project but WOW man, the end result turned out just amazing. Yes plywood and carpet would had been a lot less time and headache and as I’ve said previously, I understand all to well the “need” for perfection with our type, but seriously, you should step back and be sooooo proud that you didn’t take the easy way and put the extra time and frustration into this project. Great job and as always, thanks for bringing us along! Scott

I’m sure it was a pain in the butt but man it looks great! It reminds me of the glamour days of aviation with the beech stagger wings and other Art Deco designs. Now you know your going to do some avionics what’s going in it?
  • Turned out awesome man! I thought it might be a bit weak the way you built it. Glad to see you found an elegant way to reinforce/laminate it. btw... I just stumbled across your channel. Great stuff! I think we could be brothers from another mother! My first plane was a Maule that I bought as a basket case and rebuilt. Sold it and got my Bonanza - which I've had for eight years now. Also currently restoring a Taylorcraft. Subscribed!
