This is almost the best chicken I have ever charcoal grilled and it was so easy and simple.
The chicken was moist, delicious and spicy and almost blackened. I give my simple recipe but you can use whatever you like. I like spicy food but you can go mild!

Chicken and Fish are some Heart Healthy foods I eat a lot of and I will be creating new ways and recipes to keep my menu fresh!
But I do love spicy and blackened food.
