    Rooms are so small, the layout is not ideal, spacing and storage are key! Lastly the carpet looks cheap. Thank you for the showing! Great location, but the rooms and layout for the rooms and downstairs are cramped.

    east coast houses are way better built. the houses here are dumps.

    Brand new construction = cheapest materials, poor craftsmanship, awkward floor plans, no real outdoor space. They don’t make em like they used to.
