Dont take the offer you can get so much more form them if you continue the lawsuit it is your choice but i would continue the lawsuit with everything they have done they are most likely going to make you sign that new paper and get you fired for something little or tip off an employee that if they say something like this again they will get a bonus or something and you will get fired and there will be nothing you can do
