Alley Catch & Canal Retentive Trophy/Achievement Guide!

Alley Catch Requirements:
This will have you finding a key to unlock a door outside Haworth Labs, this can only be done after restoring order to Haworth labs as the area you need to find the key is locked behind a gate.
The key is located in the next area after you walk through the two down detectors, there will be a lot of doctors/police walking around so it's advised to take care of them before grabbing the key.
The trophy/achievement will unlock after unlocking the gate!
Canal Retentive requirements:
This one is easier in terms of requirements.
When you're done turning off the first downer detector, you'll see a hole in the fence. Now follow the yellow cable until you see a switch. You do not have to turn on the switch but it's easier to kill the plague victims this way. After the plague victims are dealt with simply jump down and go right under a arch way and the trophy/achievement will unlock.
