Good to see Kuldeep Yadav take time out from the celebrations to join this podcast.

I'm a chef and I was working on Saturday. I lived exactly what Neville did in London. The experience of living a world cup win in a different country all alone is truly bittersweet. I've literally stopped all my work and had a full meltdown after we won. True catharsis!

33:00 that hardik and rohit bonding was like final match scene from chakde india where chitrashi passes ball to sagarika

Before watching the video, I must say, I saw the video! Sahiba asked Varun who woudl win... Varun said India... Thats enough for me... Its very tough to find a positive Indian fan. Everone just wants to abuse our players. But Varun supported.... I will never forget this... Varun is a true Indian fan.. I promise to watch all TISS videos will death... I am so emotional.. Its been like 2 days since India won the WOrld cup. But I will always support true Indian fans over fans who are fair weather and bandwagon fans. TISS... Currently am going through a lot of shit in my life. But If God ever blesses me with money. I am goin to shower Varun with it. I am just an ordinary guy in India who si always far away from wherever these guys hold shows... But one day.. I am sure the Gods will make it happen... I will be in the city.. theat these guys decide to tour... Sorry... Too much emotions! No need to reply

I don't even follow cricket that religiously, but watched the match and cried all the way through till the presentation ceremony was over. So feel you Neville. 🤗
  • I cried after watching Ashwin's live post match analysis with robin in his channel when they both cried like kids giving the reasonging ..

I experienced it alone too Neville. I was waiting for a train at Doncaster station and trying to look for one Indian to sort of share my emotion at that time. Usually there are so many Indians you see everywhere in the UK. That day, not one! But I can totally understand how Neville must've felt alone and happy. 🥺🥺🥺💙💙
  • Guys for a bowler, its not "Average", its economy rate. Average is a different thing. His average in this T20 WC was quite great too, it was something like 11.
  • I had decided this year not to invest too much into this tournament.. and i stuck to it.. was putting my daughter to sleep when the last 5 overs were left.. and I only told her that we won the world cup before she slept.. wales up in the morning and first thing she tells her mom is we won the world cup Also a 90s kid flashback.. I held back my emotions but when Rahul Dravid reacted the way he reacted with the trophy, all dams were broken.. brought closure to my childhood…

How Starc got Surya out with a dirty ball was exactly how Pandya got Klaasen. Sometimes when someone is firing, especially players like Klaasen and Surya, you want to just give them a bad ball, because they will hit all your good ones for 6, and are expecting you to go hard at them. It was a complete mental victory.

25:12 And what was so emotional to see that no one was celebrating when they won, they just fell on to their knees. It was more relief than happiness.

17:02 To answer Kautuk's question, Axar said in an interview that, it was Dravid's decision after 3 wickets to ask Axar to Pad Up
  • @ToxicUnitedFan
Just like the players we all had tears in our eyes as no one deserves the WC more than Dravid , Rohit and Virat. #HumJeetGaye

Bawa at 38:27 mentioning Michael Bevan is a shared trauma of all 80's kids.
  • @PandaTheAB
Rohan and Varun jumping in Slow mo celebrating the victory was a joy 😁
  • @bercila7171
10 whole minutes of Bawa literally explaining why he wept after India won the World Cup 🤣 🥹🇮🇳🏆
