eBay Suspended My Account: Here's What I did to get it Back!

100% truth! Ive been suspended. Cannot make heads or tales why. They just keep saying they have the right to do so. Its a shame they are allowed to this without providing an explanation so that you may try to resolve the issue. I wish you luck! Im going Etsy and Facebook until I can get enough traffic going to my own site.

Feels like eBay has been taking down a lot of accounts just before Christmas

Do you think if one of my eBay accounts gets suspended/banned, it will affect the others as well? I have 2 accounts with the same details, one is for wholesale and one for dropshipping. There would be no reason if I only did wrong on one of them, right? Stealth accounts look very expensive and complicated to manage.

Is there a difference between a permanent restriction and a permanent suspension? My account was permanently restricted. I spoke to a rep who told me it was a final decision. I then asked for them to close my account. Was that a bad idea to close the account? Should I have kept the account open and tried harder to reinstate the account?

Ebay hired the account mitigation risk manager from Amazon fba program, he needs to look like hes doing things . Expect more ban hammers because year end and guy needa a bonus for performance.

I was suspended with the same e-mail the second I uploaded one listing. I think it's due to uploaded a large stock off the bat, ebay deems you a risk because you may fail multiple orders. I phoned up and was asked 3 questions: 1. Do I have a wholeseller? A: Yes 2. How do I intend on shipping? A: Royal Mail 3. What price am I charging? A: Slightly under market price After that they told me my account cannot be reinstated and that I was permanently banned and I could not even BUY off ebay anymore. Hopefully this helps others figure out what to do before calling up and may answer the questions correctly.

Been selling 3 years now, top rated plus, 3 returns in a year, last month only time having a 1 time late shipment due to ice storm but still top rated. Still top rated. I do this full time and had just gotten to 700 listings. 100% positive feedback. Haven't had a Vero in months. I shop at thrift shops, garage sales, etc. I have hundreds probably thousands of receipts that don't show specifically what I bought. I am going to keep calling and emailing.

I got an indefinate suspension 3 years ago. Since then im a too rated seller on a stealth account. The problem im faced with now, the family member whos details im using now wants to stop usung their details.
