  • "harassment in my property!!" she says as she extends her property line illegally.

Imagine spending a fortune on touristic property and hating people

Buying a house next to public stairs leading to the beach and then policing it with yelling and a spool of rope isn't the smartest thing I've ever seen. 😂😂😂

That poor, sweet little boy being treated like that really ticks me off.

There is no private ownership of a public beach according to the Supreme Court.
  • You’d think someone that can afford a house in that location would be happier in life. Not lash out at ppl on the beach. But this is Southern California, where even the wealthy people are not truly happy..it’s American society

This is Victoria Beach, in case anyone is wondering. That's the north public access staircase. It comes in from Victoria Dr and is easy to miss because it looks like it's a house's driveway. Or you can go down the other side on Dumond Dr. Almost all the homes there have that top rope line marking the end of their property. It's the mean high tide marker. Haven't been in a while but i think only 2 of the homes are missing the markers, and they're higher up from the beach. But yeah anything past that is public beach and can't be obstructed. You can't just order more rope from amazon and extend your property lmao. Neighbors say she's always pulling this stunt but this is the first time she's gone viral.

I can’t imagine having a beach house and being that unhappy with it. She’s the type that would play the victim when she sees a homeless person near her home
  • The beach is NO ONE'S property. It's public easement. This woman needs to move where there's no people cuz she's horrid.

High tide line is the HIGHEST place the water goes at its highest in the year. That entire beach is most certainly public property.
  • The public beach should start 10ft past the barrier wall. If there's a public access walkway, then there has to be a right of way for people to get to the water. Don't buy a house next to a public access point if you don't wanna see people out there.

For anyone that doesn't live near here there are stairs that lead down to the beach everyone is welcome and I think that I will go there next week with my grandson.

Oh no you have a 2 million dollar beach front property and there’s kids playing in your yard. Boo fucking hoo
