    Cool, i had a nice little hideaway/house in Quinwood WV, i had it for about 1.5 years and suggested by 3 realtors to list it, sold in 1 week at a substantial profit. Might be in Beckley area this weekend to view something with 2 acres and a small but rehabbed place.

    I like the last cabin, tons of deer in that area too. Weston/Elkins i wonder how much runoff during storms. Too much money though imo. Water damage from roof, thats gonna need replaced. Lumber is at 440 per thousand so maybe if it was around 75,000?
