  • I'm baffled at the extra sink. I'd much rather have counter space or, I don't know, room for a fridge!
  • 3 sinks in one tiny apartment, crazy design.😮😮 no fridge space. 😮😮view of electricity wires😮😮 not cheap and not well designed. Not one for consideration but good to compare.
  • Not enough living space, no refrigerator, and too much money. Not a good choice.
  • I love the comforting predictability of your videos. I always am soothed by the travel, the tour of the apartment, the opening music. Thank you.
  • Interesting. I’d rather have the wash basin in the toilet room and the washing machine in the kitchen.
  • You tricked me. I was screaming noo to my phone but there was toilet paper storage 😂
  • Almost got us there with the toilet paper self🤣🤣. I don't know about climbing down with those electrical cable confront of the window🤔. One way to use every space available. You will never run of toilet paper if you stack it in the loft.
  • I do believe that we've seen better for less. As in your last episode with the balcony and room for a fridge. Perhaps without the ladder taking up space and the useless extra sink, but then, no. Not for that price. Please continue with your studies of micro apartments. The variety seems endless.

Mr. Usui, you are a comedian, but the architect and the owner of this apartment are even greater comedians. Almost 500$ for the loft!
  • I love this, it seems like the space could be used easily, but if I am honest, the escape rope thingy frightened me. I want a ladder for five floors!
  • Definitely some... interesting... decisions made here 😂 a bit pricey for what you get. Personally I'd rather a fridge than an extra sink and a closet instead of the shoe box. Also the rope is a nope for me I'll take my chances against the fire 🔥

One of the things I love best about your videos is your sense of humor. 😅
  • The entire place seems like an afterthought. You’re paying for location ❤Ottawa Ontario 🇨🇦
  • Instant death by electric pole if you tried to escape a fire. How this apartment was allowed is baffling.
  • It's a Ninja apartament. A skylight through which to escape would not hurt in that attic

With these small rooms I would choose a bed sofa. Sofa by day, bed by night.
  • I get so excited when I see you've posted a new video I haven't even had a chance to see this one yet and it's already got me laughing because you put the toilet paper in the loft. Can't wait to see the rest of it i always enjoy these
  • Decent shoe storage. I'd put a tiny set of shelves next to it for keys, umbrellas, e.t.c. Love the shower/ toilet room. Yay dryer panel! That extra wash basin is a great place for a fridge. Maybe they reconfigured this unit? It's definitely odd. You could get a fridge with an ice maker, since it would have a water source. Couch, projection screen that drops down in front of kitchen, and convertible coffee/dining table. I kinda love the micro loft: cozy sleeping alcove. Box fan to move the air. It's doable if it's not summer.
